The Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO) welcomes you to join them at the next Annual General Meeting. More than 400 people from all over Ontario will meet on February 21 & 22, 2018 at the Delta Hotels by Marriot inToronto to help set the direction for BFO and the Ontario beef industry in 2018. BFO also invites you to attend the popular annual banquet on Wednesday, February 21st at 6:30pm in the hotel featuring agricultural comedian, Damian Mason.

Tradeshow and Sponsorship Policy
BFO does not solicit or accept sponsorships or requests for tradeshow or advertising space from businesses or organizations whose practices, policies or operations, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, do not align with the core values of BFO.

BFO reserves the right to refuse sponsorship and tradeshow space applications submitted by businesses, organizations or groups that do not meet the above criteria, in the opinion of the Board of Directors or a board-appointed Sponsorship Evaluation Committee.


There will be four elected positions open on the 2018 BFO Board of Directors. At the BFO Annual General Meeting in February, voting delegates will elect the following Director representatives:

  • (1) Cow-Calf
  • (1) Feedlot
  • (1) Northern
  • (1) At-Large

Interested candidates must have their biographies submitted to the BFO office by no later than January 22, 2018 at 4:30pm to be included in the voting delegate mail-out. Nominations will be accepted up until February 6th, 2018.
