Announced in the fall of 2011, the Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO) Board of Directors committed to a pilot project in collaboration with the Rural Ontario Institute to deliver a training program for beef farmers that want to improve their leadership skills. This long-term investment will not only provide industry leaders with the knowledge and confidence to excel, it will provide stronger leadership capabilities for the entire Association.

How to get involved
The third offering of the BUILD Leadership program begins in January, 2014.
Session 1, Guelph: January 29-31, 2014
Session 2, Toronto: March 19-21, 2014
Session 3, Guelph: April 13-15, 2014
The curriculum will be delivered in three sessions: two in Guelph and one in Toronto. Each session builds upon the previous session’s learnings. The knowledge and skills developed will include a focus on the individual, on effective meetings, and on the BFO organization.

$150.00 (refundable upon full completion of the program). BFO will reimburse hotel costs (room and tax) based upon shared accommodations and meal expenses when submitted with receipts.
