Carcass 101: Direct Beef Sales Workshop

Beef@Guelph, Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA) and Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO) welcome you to join us at the University of Guelph on Saturday, December 6th.

Whether you are new to direct marketing or have years of experience, this workshop will offer practical tips for success. Delve deeper into pricing and carcass utilization, and hear from other producers about lessons they've learned while building their business.
