Back To Basics: Genetics Edition

With so many things out of producers' control, this event will bring producers back to the basics of beef cattle genetics to improve the quality and marketability of their calf crop. Discussions will focus on how to use genetic data to help make performance improvements in your herd. Experienced seedstock and commercial producers will share about bull and heifer selection, along with a vet session on the importance of breeding soundess exams.

This event will be offered on Saturday, March 14th in Elora at The GrandWay Events Centre and virtually via Zoom.

We are thankful for funding to support this event. The registration fee to attend in-person is $25. Please register by March 6th to secure your spot.

The event is free to attend virtually, and a zoom link will be shared with those that register.
