BFO is inviting women actively involved in Ontario beef farming to apply for one of four opportunities to attend the Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference East.
Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO) is inviting women actively involved in Ontario beef farming to apply for one of four opportunities to attend the Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference East. The conference takes place November 22–24, 2026, at the Sheraton Fallsview in Niagara Falls.
What BFO Will Cover
Each of the four selected participants will receive complimentary producer registration and two nights of accommodation for November 22 and 23, arranged and paid for by BFO*.
*Participants will be responsible for their own travel, parking and personal expenses.
How to Apply
Women who are actively involved in an Ontario beef farming operation are eligible to apply. The four successful applicants will be selected based on their connection to beef farming, interest in learning and leadership, and potential to apply or share the experience. The selection panel will also seek representation from different regions of Ontario and different types of beef operations.
The four participants will be announced and contacted on Friday, November 6, 2026.
Applications close on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:45 p.m.
